Fig Garden began as an original watercolour illustration by Croatian artist Klara Ivanović. Inspired by fig trees growing along the Dalmatian coast and the quiet warmth of late summer, the artwork captures the organic forms and understated beauty of one of the Mediterranean’s most recognisable fruits.
The composition was carefully developed for silk while preserving the natural variations and expressive details of the original brushwork. Its balanced colour palette makes Fig Garden easy to combine with neutral clothing, natural fabrics and both relaxed and tailored pieces.
