Ako ste proizvod kupili putem internetske trgovine Fosca Dalmatica, ovom funkcijom možete poslati izjavu o jednostranom raskidu ugovora.

Ispunite tražene podatke i odaberite „Potvrdi raskid ugovora”. Nakon podnošenja izjave na navedenu adresu e-pošte automatski ćemo vam poslati potvrdu koja sadržava podatke iz vašeg zahtjeva te datum i vrijeme njegova podnošenja.

Ova potvrda potvrđuje primitak izjave o raskidu. Ne potvrđuje primitak vraćenog proizvoda niti izvršenje povrata novca.

Nakon pregleda podataka o narudžbi poslat ćemo vam upute za povrat proizvoda. Proizvod je potrebno vratiti bez nepotrebnog odgađanja, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana slanja izjave o raskidu.

Pravo na jednostrani raskid ne primjenjuje se na proizvode izrađene prema individualnim mjerama ili jasno personalizirane prema vašem zahtjevu. To ne utječe na vaša prava ako je proizvod oštećen, neispravan ili ne odgovara narudžbi.

If you purchased a product through the Fosca Dalmatica online store, you may use this function to submit your notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Enter the required information and select “Confirm contract cancellation”. After submitting the notice, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing the information from your request and the date and time of submission.

This email confirms receipt of your notice. It does not confirm receipt of the returned product or completion of a refund.

After reviewing the order information, we will send you return instructions. The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual measurements or clearly personalised at your request. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order.
