Citrus Bloom began as an original watercolour illustration by Croatian artist Klara Ivanović. The composition brings together sunlit oranges and blue irises — two contrasting botanical elements connected through the colour, light and vitality of Mediterranean gardens.
The original artwork was carefully developed into a textile composition while preserving the movement, tonal variation and expressive character of the hand-painted motifs.
